This resonated with me. During COVID I think so many people gave up and started living in their own shell. Having no social contact affects everyone. It even affected me, but I kept myself busy with the things I love to do like sewing, drawing and doing yoga. It’s important to be gentle with ourselves and what we all have gone through.
I love wearing colour in the winter. We have such gloomy days until the summer and wearing colour gives me that little boost of happiness.
We will all ease into our social lives the way we once did. But in the meantime, love yourself, wear some colour and look in the mirror and give yourself permission to love and accept all of you.
